This is one of those jobs that falls into the “once in a lifetime” category. Perched on top of the water, the clients purchased this once small home and turned it into the magnificent property it is now. Months of excavating into the natural rock was followed by work on the main house, the pool house and then the garage and driveway. The clients had a very strong vision in mind right from day one, a Hamptons Home with splashes of black and rustic furniture pieces to give it that Sydney North Shore vibe. With its own little beach off to the side, this home has been designed around lifestyle…outdoor entertaining, cosy nights around the fire, guest accommodation in the pool house and an outdoor bathroom to cater for all of the sandy and wet grand children! This project was an absolute privilege to be a part of it and we relished the opportunity to work on something so unique.
